Studio policies

Booking & studio policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please read our booking and cancellation policy carefully.

Booking confirmation

All class, private session, and Red Light Therapy bookings must be completed through our booking system. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email or notification. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the studio before attending.

Cancellations & changes

Cancel or change your booking online up to 24 hours before the scheduled class or appointment without penalty.

Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the start time will result in the loss of the session credit or payment.

No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.

Late arrivals

For the safety of all participants, clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to join the class and their session will be forfeited.

Reformer Pilates classes include important safety instructions, equipment setup, and warm-up exercises at the beginning of each session — missing these increases the risk of injury to both the participant and others in the class.

Studio cancellations

In the unlikely event that Pure Core Pilates needs to cancel a class, appointment, or session, clients will be offered an alternative booking, account credit, or refund where applicable.

Pure Core Pilates reserves the right to change instructors, class times, or class formats when necessary.

Memberships & packages

Class credits and memberships are subject to their individual expiry dates and terms.

Unused credits cannot be extended unless otherwise agreed by Pure Core Pilates.

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

Pricing

Pure Core Pilates reserves the right to review, amend, or adjust prices, memberships, packages, services and promotions periodically. Any changes will be communicated to clients where applicable.

Health & safety

All clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and must notify the studio of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes to their health.

Grip socks must be worn during all Reformer Pilates sessions.

Respectful studio environment

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Pure Core Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate membership where behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.
